If you are attempting any mechanical or cassis work yourself and you need advice, feel free to phone or email barry and try to make your bike details and all necessary measurements you have taken at hand to make convocations short and to the point.
all prices are for these specific parts alone to be worked on, and do not include removal or refitting unless stated.
All prises are as a guideline, any alternative or unexpected cost to the customer will be notified before work or parts are added to your bill, alternatively, the customer will also be made aware of the possible problems or consequences of parts/engineering not being undertaken and in extreme cases of mechanical failure due to neglected parts or problems not being amended, the customer will be kindly asked to complete a waver on collection of the bike/engine.
All prices can be renegotiate prior to work being carried out, for example, if you were to have an engine overhaul, and wanted a ported cylinder head or new exhaust fitted, or similar at the same time, as most of the bike would be dismantled, the price to the customer can be reduced.
Due to the nature of blue print engine building hourly rates and total costs can not accurately be estimated. the reason for this is that an engine can be built many times and dismantled to achieve a perfect accurate setting or measurements, also engine castings and major to minor engine components can vary greatly during manufacturing and from engine to engine, so new castings or mechanical parts may have to be purchased regardless of there perfect working order. A dyno session is also highly recommended after an expensive blue print build or any performance modification as to optimise the engine performance, and prolong the engines reliability.
Not at anytime can a bike be removed from the shop/workshop without payment in full, in some cases an agreement can be made with the manageress for prolonged payment terms or instalments.
In some cases of expensive parts bills or extensive work, the customer will be kindly asked for a deposit/payment of parts in advance.
All bikes that are in for work have a free safety check for brakes, bearings, cables, electrical cables, final drives ect and customer will be advised of any findings.
